BO4 - Error importing lcmbiar file created from command line

Hi,

We have exported a file created using lcmbiar command line.

Reports as success.

When we try and import the same file, we get the message

Sorry, promotion management is unable to process your request.  The error from the server is: Unable to retrieve job from the selected file. Please check the file. (PRS00009) error in opening zip file  JobFromFileFailed

Any ideas?
