QAAWS url is not correct

Hi

We have Business Objects Sp04 with patch 02 and client tools SP04 . when i am trying to add host to my QAAWS client tool . I am getting the following error ( Web service url is not correct ) .

My url : http://<serverName>:8080/dswsbobje/services/Session

I tried using the FQDN name also but i am getting the same error . When i try the url below i am getting to mt axis page.
