Problem: Installation of SAP BI 4.0 SP6 not completed .
OS : Windows 2008 server sp2
Database : Microsoft sql server 2005 sp5
Error attached Installerror3.jpeg : The installation is stuck at configuring database steps and then goes for a timeout , when i check the ccm there is no SIA created there .
Event Viewer errors :
The root server reported an error Initialization Failure. (Reason: Database Access Failure.).
CMS is unstable and will shut down immediately. Reason: Database Access Failure.
An unexpected problem (exception) was caught. Reason given: Internal error: An unknown exception has occurred. Programmer error subsystem not available before use

I feel that the the BO server is not able to connect to Database , but when i try to connect to database server through DB Client , I am able to make a connection , However i noticed there are no system tables created at the CMS database currently but the old install tables were there (since i am trying this second time) .
