Synchronize 2 BI Server

HI Community

we do have 2 BI 4.1 Server running.

i would like to have them in sync. that means if our reporters creates,modifies or delete a report i like that this will synchonized to the second BI server.

as far a i know the promotion manager is made for this ... right ?

i created a Job there which pulled all selected folder vom the first BI server. then i created a new report on the server but this one was not copied to the other server.

is this the right way to bring them in sync or would you suggest something else ?

ps. i havn't found a good documentation about the topic (Promotion Manager etc.) :-(
