Infoview Probe failing with Windows AD Credentials

Dear Experts,

Infoview Probe is getting failed when I used Windows AD authentication. Its working with Enterprise login.

And its throwing below error:

Diagnostic Messages: Attempting to connect to http://Localhost:8080/BOE/portal/131204/InfoView/logon/logon.do

Logon failed: Value for the field InfoViewPLATFORMSVC_COOKIE_TOKEN= in the header "Set-Cookie" is not found.

Set-Cookie:[InfoViewPLATFORMSVC_COOKIE_TOKEN=; Path=/; HttpOnly]

Do we need to do any other configuration to test third party authentication related probe?
