Issue with sending email configuration on BO CMC

Hi all,

We have Business Object Enterprise XI 3.1 SP2, I enabled destination email (unauthenticate) for all Job Servers and I configured our SMTP server to accept connection from BO Server for sending email.

But when I schedule a report BO give me this error:

Address error. [Error sending address(es) to SMTP server. Return code: [SMTP 530 - Authentication required.]. Reason: [email].]: [CrystalEnterprise.Smtp]

Anyone knows why?
