Hi,
All our BW report users have to enter same user credentials twice before running any Analysis/BW report. First Analysis ask for login when we connect to BO server (BO server login) and again when Analysis setup BICS connection to BW system.
Please let us know how to configure SSO for thick client like Analysis edition for MS Office.
Note:- BO and BW credentials are same. We have 2 Bo system Production environment is on BO 4 SP02 and Quality environment is on BO 4 SP04. If required we can upgrade to higher version (if required to enable Analysis SSO)
Scenario:
- Saved Analysis Workbook Templates on BO Server repository.
- BO Server is connected to BW and roles imported to BO side.
- Workbooks accessed via client tool (Analysis installed in each workstation).
- Users open Analysis tool on local desktop.
- Connect to Bo Server to access saved workbooks (requires login).
- When they refresh workbook data comes from BW side (requires login again).
