BW Bex query Prompts not working after sp6 upgrade

Hi,

We have SAP BI 4.0 with SP04 on Linux servers and we recently upgraded to SAP BI 4.0 SP06 to improve the performance with launching Web Inteligence document from Lanuch Pad.

The upgrade was successful and able to access the application ASIS except Webi reports which are built based on SAP BW BEx queries. We are facing the below issue when accessing the reports.

Issue Description:

We are in BO4 SP6. OS Version is Enterprise Linux Enterprise Linux Server release 5.4. We have updated our environment from SP4 to SP6 2
days back. We found that after upgradation no Bex variable prompts are working properly. The Webi report is not showing up the promt values from BW BEx query.

Please help and guide us with a solution on how can we resolve this issue.
