BO BI 4.1 SP1 CMC & Launchpad login error

Dear All,

  I have installed 4.1 in test server and Configured Windows AD. After the AD configuration am not able to login CMC and Launchpad. Please find the error log and error screen shot .  Please help me to resolve.

Windows Event log:

[Node Name: Hostname]

[User Name: AD User]

Server Intelligence Agent has failed to initialize because the bootstrap file C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64\_boe_hostname.bootstrap can not be accessed. Please make sure no other program is using this file or restore it from your backup if it is missing.
