Wdeploy overwrites custom.js

At first, it was my first time that I redeployed BOE.war.

What I did:

.) I added code at C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Tomcat6\webapps\BOE\WEB-INF\eclipse\plugins\webpath.InfoView\web\noCacheCustomResources\custom.js

I want to redirect Google Chrome and Firefox Users to the logonnosso-page, IE users to SSO.

.) I stopped tomcat

.) I started Wdeploy GUI

.) Deploy all

--> my custom.js is empty like before I made the changes.

What did I do wrong?
