Dynamic Recipients Publication and Refresh At Runtime

Hi,

I have created a dynamic recipients publication for a webi report. I don't want that it gets refreshed when the job runs. So I deactivated the Refresh At Runtime checkbox in the publication settings and also the refresh on open option in the report itself.

Unfortunately when I run the publication, it always refreshed the data provider. Ist there any limitation for this option when using dynamic recipients?
