Extractor not receiving data from ECC (RQSTATE 8)

I have some cubes reading data from ECC without any problem.

However, I just transported cube 0PABN_C01 (Benefits, HR) with 3.x datasource 0HR_PA_BN_1 and every time I try to run a full update, there's no Delta optin here, it returns 0 data. Outbound idoc from ECC has RQSTATE 8 (in BI I get the message Info IDoc received with status 8.).

If I run the extracto in ECC I get data, if I run the infopackage in the development or the quality environments, I get data and PSA is loaded without any problem. It's only the production system.

Just replicated the datasource, I don't know where else to look at. Any idea?
