I have a requirement to authenticate two separate user groups and I'd like to confirm that this is possible.
Both user groups use a Windows AD, but one group must go through SiteMinder first to get to that AD. My understanding is that two separate application servers would be needed to direct user groups to the server setup for their authentication method. If this is true I'd like to understand how user routing could/should work to direct them.
Also of note is that in this environment BusinessObjects BI4 will be used with HANA.
I'd first like to confirm that this is possible and ask if anyone has experience with managing dual authentication methods.
