We heard of 4.1 went GA on 28th August, though while looking out for any SCN link to confirm we were not able to locate anything (may be I missed 
the link)
Though found some external links confirming the GA.
Also not able to locate SAP BI 4.1 on SMP.
As we are excited about this new release , request your confirmation on GA.
