Hi,
Its seems that the bi launch pad login page of BI 4.1 SP1 is not anymore the same with the 4.0 version.
I tried using the same template from 4.0 version then followed below instruction before installing 4.1 SP1
Add template.zip to the \OEMZips folder.
Your customized zip file is now at: \dunit\product.businessobjects64.oemzips-4.0-
core-nu\OEMZips\template.zip
Then the outcome seems different when it comes to the width of the launch pad login page and the help page

Is there a big change from 4.0 to 4.1 with regards to customizing bi launch pad?
