we have created a Web Intelligence report based on a BEx query that
uses a 'Date' object as a prompt.
However, in the list of values (LOV) or the calendar widget, it is
displayed with a time stamp, as DD/MM/YYYY for few users. Remaining someother users it is displaying MM/DD/YYYY format.
Even though if we change the system date it is not getting effected.

1. Connect to BI Launchpad and launch Web Intelligence. 2. Create a new report using a BEx query that contains a date object in a variable. 3. In the Query Panel drag and drop the date object in the Result Objects and in the Query Filters panels. 4. Set the Filter to Prompt. 5. Run the query and in the Prompts dialog that comes out, notice how the list of values (LOV) is displayed as MM/DD/YYYY. The calendar widget also displays the time. But it is not displaying in the same format for other users. |
