Hi Friends,
I am new to this community and I hope you guys can help me out to overcome my problem.
A user has created a report and was able to schedule it without any error but later on user started getting error message "An internal error occurred while calling the 'processDPCommands' API. (ERR_WIS_30270)" when the report runs at scheduled times.
As an Admin I tried to schedule a report and it ran successfully but I am unable to find the why that user is facing this issue.
Please help me to solve this.
