SAP BI 4 - Send Email Message to User Group (no Attachments )

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible for me to send a SAP BI 4 group an email message. I have a good few 100 users i want to send a message to and they are setup in groups in SAP BI 4.

I dont want any Attachments to the message though.
