Scheduling a crystal report in paginated text format results in unformatted text after clicking on the report instance

Dear all,

When I schedule a Crystal Report to paginated text format, the schedule job is success.

However, I click the instance to open it in notepad, the data layout is unformatted and disordered, not same as the layout in the Crystal Report.

I have followed the SAP KBA 1543322 and still not ok.

Anyone could help?

By the way, I am using BO 4.1 SP5, the OS is AIX 6.1
