I need help fixing this error "Object failed to run due to an error while processing on the Job Server" for one of the instances on crystal server. I have a 2013 crystal server patched to latest version CRSVR201306P_3-20010904. I have the report developed in VS 2010 using latest development extension Support Pack 15 (v.13.0.15.1840). Almost all the instances run fine other than one instance where it fails with the error "Object failed to run due to an error while processing on the Job Server". The design of the report is as follows:There is sub report inside a main report. Based on conditions passed using a query, the main report is hidden and all the data is populated in the sub report. I expect the size of the output(PDF) to be 160 MB. This is all from the sub report.
The adaptive job sever seems to be crashing. There is also an error in the system event log.
"The description for Event ID 0 from source JobServerChildCrash cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

Also, the only thing significant that exists in the glf log file of AJS is jobserver_PMNAQACR01.AdaptiveJobServer.createJob|localhost:4964:9424.554:1||||||||||||[jobserver]::newIJob(): Max Load Reached: pssService[CRCPPSchedulingService], hostedServices[], currentLoad[10], maxLoad[10], numberOfChildren[10], maxChildren[10] .
I tried to look into forums for these errors and tried few options suggested. But,none of them worked. Can someone direct me into what needs to be looked at?
