Hi SCN Community,
We are migrating from XI3 to BI4.1 (SP 5) on Linux and found that post migration, migrated 32 bit crystal reports do not run.
The error is The viewer could not process an event. An error occurred while creating a subprocess in the processing server. [RCIRAS0603]
---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]
It appears this is because BI 4.1 can't find the appropriate 32 bit crystal libraries.
Anyone have experience with this situation and know the prerequisites for 32 bit crystal reports to run on BI 4.1?
We understand that the 32 bit oracle drivers and related environment variables need to be installed/updated but it appears there is more to it than that as making those changes have not resolved the problem.
We have reviewed and tried the following without success.
