Dears,
I've a user that supposed to be a log on user for crystal reports on CMC as it is configured on the reporting folder>database configuration.
every-time I need to view the data on any report i got the message "The report you requested requires further information."
However i did an import for the users and roles of SAP ECC as this case is to connect directly on SAP ECC and it went smoothly with the roles and users.
I grant authorization to that user on (1) application>crystal reports, (2) Folders>Crystal reports documents.
But still face the above message when trying to refresh the report.
as a workaround i did setup of crystal reports on my local machine so I can re-export the reports with my new username and password to CMC.
But what i found is that when i open a report through SAP credentials I found nothing exist on server.
While if i access the repository explorer through the administrator i can see the crystal reports easily but can't refresh report through SAP credentials although that i can access through ECC with the same credentials.
In conclusion, I need crystal reports to connect to ECC.
