Hi,
I'm fairly new to Crystal Reports, but I've been tasked with migrating our existing Crystal Reports Server 2011 Version 14.0.2.364 to a new server which will run the latest release of Crystal Reports Server 2013.
Server A:
Windows Server 2008 R2
Crystal Reports 2011
Server B:
Windows Server 2012 R2
Crystal Reports 2013
I'd like to know what steps I should take in completing this task successfully. I need to migrate over everything to the new server and was wondering what the best practice for doing this would be.
Help would be greatly appreciated!
