Complete Migration - R2 -> BI 4.1 SP1 - Issues

Hello Experts,

We are using command line to perform the complete upgrade as source and destination are on non-windows platform.

Upgrade completes 100%, however observed that except Universes all other objects are getting Migrated.

Below are the error details. Attaching the complete log file.
