Exporting report to PDF increases the font size

We recently migrated few crystal reports from CRE8.5 to BOBJ4.1. The migration path was CRE8.5 > CRE10 > BO3.1 > BO4.1

When we export the report to PDF, the font size increases by a little bit, compared to the PDF export of original CRE8.5 report.

I have seen many links and knowledge bases that has solution to font size reducing after export (registry file update solution), but could not find a solid solution to the font size increase scenario. Does anyone know if this is a known issue or is there a solution to this?
