Error -Web Intelligence rich client- error: ERR_WIS_30270) (WIS 30270)

Hi expert ,

I faced below error when I selected data source in Web Intelligence rich client .

The error is :

'client Document' An Internal error occured which calling 'initInstance' API .(Error:ERR_WIS_30270)(WIS 30270)

My Business Objects BI clienttool  version is 4.0 SP5 .

Please give me some advices .
