Hi,
Am new to BO upgrade project. I wanna know about the database things before i upgrade the BO. Because no where oracle things is explained in SAP documents. I dont know why SAP dint consider the oracle things. My doubt is in my existing landscape they are using Oracle 10g for 3.1 and if am moving to BO 4.0 am gonna install Oracle11g. While doing the content upgrade using UMT, whether the oracle things will go smoothly or else i have upgrade oracel, if so please help me to do in a standard way. Help me in this.

BO XI 3.1 sp4 BO BI 4.0 SP6 Patch 2
Oracle 10.2 Oracle 11.2
Windows 2003 R2 Windows 2008 R2
