Using events to trigger scheduled reports

I have created many events that trigger report chains in my BO 4.1 system.  They work perfectly when I schedule the reports with an administrator ID.

Unfortunately they do not work when I schedule a report with an ID that is not an administrator.

Can anyone tell me which security object I need to set for this to work and where?
