The viewer could not process an event. Your request was refused because you do not have the right 'Right To Refresh' Error code: [CRWEB00000119]

Hi,

We are using SAP BI 4.1 platform and have set up Enterprise authentication. For this, we create a new group and assigned access level with View/ View on Demand and Schedule. Created users under this group. When the users under this group run the reports in BI Launchpad we get this error "

The viewer could not process an event. Your request was refused because you do not have the right 'Right To Refresh' Error code: [CRWEB00000119]". Please note, I changed the access level to include Full/Full Control as well but the same error persists.

Can someone please let me know how to resolve this.
