BI4 Bottom Ranking issue

Hello,

I have difficulties to understand why ranking works in the way described  below:

1. I have a report with table with data of “Resolution Product Category Tier3” and “NumberOfIncidents”:

It’s simple table (164 records) without any filters, no breaks, no sorts, no section on the report. Just simple table with raw data. Now when I want to apply a BOTTOM ranking something is wrong

I receive results:

In results I have 35 rows which is inccorect. And I don’t know why it’s happening like this. Can someone explain me this, please?

However when I apply a TOP ranking I receive correct results: 

I my table I need to show 3 bottom values. Does anybody knows why it’s happening like this?
