Crystal_Addin_Framwork.dll not valid

Hi,

I'm trying to instal the live office add-in to Excel but when I come to add the path it tells me the crystal_addin_framework.dll file is not a valid office add-in.

I've ticked the excel box in the Live Office Configuration file, I've even uninstalled and reinstalled live office but keep getting the same error.

Can anyone shed some light on why this might be happening and how do I resolve the problem.

I'm am using:

BI4.1 SP4 Patch 4

Live Office 4.1 SP4

Excel 2010.
