We have an AFO Workbook which has data of around 4.5 MB. We saved that to BOBJ Environment (BI Launchpad). When we schedule this workbook on either email or on file system, we get the message as 'Size limit of result set exceeded' and we do not see any data. The workbook contains only 1 Data source (Bex Query).
Also if we have a workbook of around size 6 MB which has say 3 Data Sources, out of which 1 of the data source has size of data around 3.5+ MB and other 2 Data sources has size of 1-2 MB each. When we schedule the workbook, the workbook which we receive on email or on file system has size only 2.5 MB. The Data source with 3.5+ MB size didn’t get refreshed and it gives same message as above Size limit of result set exceeded.
So even though we get Success as status of scheduling, we do not get exact size workbook either on email or file system. The workbook size getting truncated. Has anyone faced a similar issue before.
Is there any limitation on AFO schedulling with respect to size, if yes then what is that threshold. Or else is there any setting which can increase the default limitation.
