infinite session for BI Platform SP04

Hi,

We are experiencing issues in BI Platform SP04 (Version 14.1.4.1327).

The issue is that whenever the Session has timed out in BI Launchpad, and the user clicks on OK button in the "Session has expired" pop-up notification, multiple sessions are being created for that user until it maxed out the limit.

This issue is the same as described in infinite session for single user SAP BIBO 4.1 SP4 patch2 but in one of the comments there , the issue raised was using BO SP4 Patch 2, and the last comment said that it was fixed with the same SP and Patch so now im confused.

Any ideas on how to get this resolved? Also, are there any threads / sap notes for this bug?
