How does one deploy OpenDocument.aspx in BI 4.1? The documentation at http://help.sap.com/businessobject/product_guides/sbo41/en/sbo41_opendocument_en.pdf suggests that a .NET deployment is possible (see section 3.1). I can't find how to install it anywhere. I realize that SAP is leaning towards Java for the future, but I still would prefer to install the .NET version to match our developer's skills. (We need to modify the interface).
