We have upgraded BO from BOXI 3.1 SP3 >> SP5>> SP7.
The tomcat version is not upgraded to version 7, it is still on version 5.5.
Not sure as why it was not upgrated to 7.
the .exe we used for install is Enterprise071_0-10007443.exe.
We were not able to directly run the .exe file as it was extracting the files in temp location on c Drive. which had issue with space.
I then right clicked on the .exe file and extracted on the same drive where the installation is done.
As a work around I tried to uninstall all the versions and installed all again, but it still did not work.
Please advice.
