After Homogeneus system copy AS400 system are not identical

I finished homogeneus system copy con AS400/DB2 plataform, i use SWPM tool and the import and export finished sucessfully.

Also i executed post import steps and the reports in SE38 specified in the SAP Manual.

   Now the IT area want to configured Mimix replications and they find some issue related the arquitecture of tables, differences in files, keys field, different lengths of logs.

   And this dificulted the repplications, what can be the error if the import  finished fine and when i execute reports in SAP have the same data and number of records.

   The differences are in the system operative level with the arquitecture of tables.
