Hi Experts
After discovering that my APS was running with errors, I found that the Promotion Management Service did not start. I then splitted out the APS into it's various servers and services, but my LCM APS had the same issue.
- Logon to CMC.
- APS started with errors.
- When logging in promotion management
Error while accesing promotion management in CMC throws error Promotion Manager Error: Sorry, Promotion management application is
unable to process your request.The error from the server is: The object with ID Ad7w68IutB5BjpD7GO8DWC4 does not exist in the CMS or you do not have the right to access it (FWM 02020) - In CMC -> Application tab promotion management is missing.
Cause
- When checked the logs of APS found error found error below

Caused by: com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKException$InvalidObjectID: The object with ID Ad7w68IutB5BjpD7GO8DWC4 does not exist in the CMS or you do not have the right to access it (FWM 02020)
The resolutions on the web suggests that one needs to uninstall & reinstall BO to fix this issue.
Is there any other remedy to try before going that route?
