SSO works with Webi rich client but not with Webi app in BI Launchpad

Environment:

BI Platform 4.1 SP5

BW 7.4 - BW entitlement user is BOESSO

We have setup the SSO between BI platform and BW system using BI administrator guide. We created an OLAP connection to BW query and configured it to use SSO. When we use Web Intelligence rich client then SSO works to BW system. We can see in logs that logon ticket is passed to SAP system. However, when we use Webi application within BI Launchpad to connect to same connection then it crashes.

So far, we have checked following SAP notes and tried provided steps but no resolution:

We found that in BI Launchpad it is sending BOESSO as username and password. It fails to connect as password is wrong and locks BOESSO account in BW. We are failing to find why BI launchpad is sending this username instead of logon ticket.

Any suggestions?
