Objects created in Business Layer[.blx] not visible in Web Intelligence or rich client

Hi Experts,

Our team is facing a strange issue here -

1. We created an Universe [.unv] file using a HANA OLAP connection .
2. We exported it to the repository and tried creating a report in webIntelligence and all the objects are showing.
3. Opened IDT and converted the universe from .unv to .unx file and the file got saved in the repository .
4. Retrieved the universe from repository to check integrity of the connection and it looks healthy
5. check integrity of the .blx layer though shows some universe design issues but that should not be a showstopper by any means . It should throw error while executing reports though .
6. I published the .unx file again .
7. Opened a report using the .unx file instead of the .unv file which showed the objects properly . This is what I can observe . Only classes are displayed  no objects are showing .
8. The entire test was carried out using 'Administrator' id  .
9. We are using BusinessObjects 4.1  SP 5 on windows 2008 SP1 servers.

Please suggest .
