BOBJ4 BW Bex Query trouble

Hi friends,

creating report via BI-launchpad / Application / Web-intelegence-application / Source - Bex  results with:

Connect to SAP gateway failed
Connection parameters: TYPE=A DEST=0093b718-fc2b-40db-9128-1b14201a3b95_18 ASHOST=xxxxxx086 SYSNR=00 PCS=1

LOCATION    CPIC (TCP/IP) on local host with Unicode
ERROR       hostname 'xxxxxx086' unknown

hostname (FQDN) is stored in CMC / Authentication /SAP

Check connection to gateway via telnet is OK

Any idea, where can I search ?
