Filestore increasing in BO 4.0

Hi Experts

Env  : bo 4.0 sp5

File Store Size is increasing on daily basis , i had set some measures to hold but still the size is increasing

1) Stopped indexing in platform search

2) Set instances limit of max 5

Hot backup is in enabled state ? shud we disable it? it will effect on business users ?

Any measures need to be taken in Business objects 4.0 to hold the size in FRS
