Apologies for starting this thread in BI Platform. Moderators, please guide and move the thread to correct forum.
I am trying to login to Service Market Place, however not able to do it. I have tried this in many systems. Office desk, laptop and personal laptop. However I am not able to get the login pop-up. It simply directs me "Internet Explorer cannot display the page" for IE 8 and IE 9. It doesn't come up with anything in google chrome.
The steps are
1. service.sap.com
2. You get the main page.
3. Click on
SAP Support Portal
We should ideally get a login prompt, however at this stage I see the behavior I described above.
Has the URL changed? I tried by turning of anti-virus and firewall in my personal laptop, still was not able to check even the login prompt for SMP.
Need help.
