Index awareness Prompt Issue (Working in IDT, but not in WEBI)

I have experienced an issue on "Index Awareness Prompt"

The "Index Awareness Prompt" is working in IDT query panel, I can see the "description" valus has been replaced by key value, so far so good; but when publish to repository and use rich client to create report, the key value just did not pass in.

The prompt and List are created at data foundation layer, (I have tried to create on bussiness layer, same issue)m which is fully followied SAP DocCreate an Index Awareness Prompt  , so why it worked in IDT query panel, but not worked in webi? Is that a bug?

(both IDT and Rich Client are on BO 4.1 support pack 4)
