Moving Universe and Reports from development to Production

Hi,
 
The development part has been completed and we ready to go live, The developed reports and universes has to shifted to the Production environment.
 
Server Details:
 
BOXI 3.1 Linux Server.
 
We tried installing LCM in the Development Server, but it was unsuccessful. Since the deployment has to be done ASAP we thought of going for manual import/export method.
 
Shed some light in doing this.
 
Note:Migration without involving LCM and Import/Export Wizard.
