I have created multiple reports with Crystal XI and 2008. I then place these reports on a Crystal Reports Server that runs the first release of XI version.
The majority of the reports run without issue. But some will not run saying "The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect. " All the reports connect to the same database and I know the credentials are correct that are used. The database is SQL tables via ODBC. I can run the report with the same database credentials when I run it on my workstation Crystal program. But they will not run on the server.
Would love any advice on how to correct this so the reports will correctly run on the reports server. The report is simple and only involves pulling data from sql tables, using select expert to limit which reports are displayed. No major conversions, sub-reports or formulas. I don't get why the report cannot use the correct database login.
