Maximum Message Size

Hi Experts,

I am trying to find an solution for one of my user who cant able to do SSO due to Message size exceed.

Finding:

I have increased the PacketSize in server.xml to 65536 but that haven't helped me.

So could you please help me to get some solution, that how we can resolve this.
