I am a business user of BI4.1 with Hana. I get really frustrated when, in order to resolve reporting defects, our support team change key figures in a way that corrupts users' saved reports. This requires a lot of extra work for users to recreate them. I'm told that this would be unnecessary if the support team were to resolve reporting defects in the backend. However they do not have access to make changes in the backend and they also do not see it as their responsibility to avoid corrupting user favourites. Is this normal? I'm trying to convince them otherwise. Is there available any guidance on best practice for Hana and BI support?
