Increasing Memory for Visualisation Service SAP BI 4 - Red X Image WebI

Hi,

I am on BI 4 SP2 and have found that when i add an image to the background of a cell it works ok when in edit mode.

Then I save the report and in view mode cannot see it. Then I go to edit mode it has a red X.

I have been told it could be the visulaisation service. This is with other APS services. Is there a way to increase the memory for just the visualisation service and what amount i should use?
