Hi all, We are using BO 4.0 SP6 version and have some jobs scheduled on file based events. we place a file (trigger file) on a server X and jobs that are scheduled hourly, will kick off based on these files. for some time in the middle of night (at around 1 am and 3 am) when we place trigger file, the jobs are not kicked off. this happens randomly and not consistent. we made sure no maintenance is scheduled at that time so that this job can run without failure but still it's same bahaviour. we have changed the hourly jobs to 5 hour jobs just to make sure we are not crossing trigger file time with job scheduled time and we didn't see any change in thihs behaviour.
So, I have collected CMS logs and Event server logs for that time they failed and the time they succeeded. My question now is what should I be looking for in these logs files to understand what's going on with the scheduled jobs? There are no errors. it's just job that is scheduled to kick off, doesn't do that. we have set our log files level to HIGH.
If anyone know what should I be looking for in CMS Logs and event server logs, that would be a starting point for my research. Any thoughts would help
