Hi,
I'm installing BO 4.1 SP01 on Windows Server 2012 Standard Edition.
The installation is done using the pre-packaged CMS & Audit database and Tomcat servers. This is a new machine dedicated for BO.
There are no errors or warnings encountered during the installation process. However after the installation the following problems are seen:
1. The Central Configuration Manager tool does not start. After clicking on the icon it just returns to the desktop screen.
2. After entering the password at the BI Launchpad, it returns back to the login screen.
3. After logging into the Central Management Console (CMC), in the Servers List, most of the servers appear to be in Running With Error status and are disabled, while some are in Failed status. This is the case with the WebIntelligence Processing Service, Adaptive Processing Service, Web Application Container Service, Dashboard Servers.
Is there something that I'm missing here which could be causing this issue?
